Data Controller: Luca Vitiello — contact details are available on my CV.
We value your privacy. This website (technicalart.it) is designed to be as privacy-friendly as possible.
1. Data Collection
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, advertising trackers, or any third-party service that profiles visitors or sells your data.
2. Server Logs
Like most web servers, this site keeps technical access logs that include your IP address, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used solely for security and abuse prevention (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are automatically rotated and retained only for a short, limited period, after which they are deleted. They are never shared, enriched, or used for profiling.
3. Cookies
We use a minimal amount of cookies essential for the operation and security of the website.
Essential Cookies
- Security: Provided by Cloudflare (our CDN/proxy) to detect malicious visitors and protect the site from attacks.
- Preferences: A small local storage item (
cookie_consent) to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice, so we don't show it again.
No consent is required for these, as they are strictly technical cookies; we show the notice purely for transparency.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted on a private server and delivered via Cloudflare Tunnel. Cloudflare acts as an intermediary (reverse proxy) for security purposes and may process your IP address as part of delivering the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data concerning you, and to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
6. Contact
If you have any questions about this policy, please contact me via the contact details on my CV.
